Cranberry Nut Bran Bread 1 cup dried cranberries, with no sugar added In a medium bowl, pour the boiling water over the cranberries and set aside. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a small bowl, mix together the cereal, milk, and egg. Set aside. In a food processor, place the flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Process to mix. Completely drain the cranberries, and then add them to the processor with the flour mixture. Process briefly to combine. Place the mixture in a large bowl. Stir in the walnuts. Add the cereal mixture, stirring just to mix. Stir in the melted butter. Pour into a large greased loaf pan. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees or until a wooden toothpick comes out clean when inserted in center.
